ACROBATICS, LIFT, DIPS, DROP, TRICKS WORKSHOP

Workshops
We complement the training of dancers, artists, and acrobats by helping them develop skills for the execution of a wide variety of dance tricks, dips and lifts.

The routine begins with a warm-up, then continues with physical training through strength and coordination exercises. Then we focus on executing dance tricks, from simplest to most complex.

We teach how to perform dance tricks applicable to all dance styles, for a great deal of choreographies, dance competitions, exhibitions, and much more.

The class is run by two coaches which makes the learning process considerably easier, as both time and results are optimized.

It is a requirement to register as a couple, previously agreed trios can also be registered. It is not necessary to be a stable dance partner, they can attend together for the first time to be able to learn.
